Jitendra (with ‘dra’ mostly silent) is our chief of almost everything. He is chief executive officer, chief of operations, chief strategy officer as well as chief information officer. From figures on balance sheets to names of clients, vendors and agents, and from technology patents and trademarks to description of each product, Jiten has it all on his fingertips. With 12 years of professional experience in his kitty, this MNC trotter-turned- entrepreneur has created exceptional marketing communication strategies for global brands like Samsung. In his stint at Biosense Webster, a J&J company, he streamlined their technology strategy by integrating their hardware and software businesses in the US markets. At Alliance Data Inc., USA, he led a cross-functional product-development team that researched, conceptualized and defined new products for the US consumer-finance market. He multiplied J&J’s pharmaceutical brands portfolio through incorporation of extensive research and intelligence in the company’s marketing strategies. Jiten has a solid disciplinary business foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, USA, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Ohio State University, USA. Ask him what he does in his free time and Jiten will scratch his head to remember when was the last time he took a break from work and went to his favourite beach or hit the trekking trail. On the other hand, he has found his cause in Sumadhur Hansadhwani, a charitable organization where his mother (a world renowned exponent of Indian classical music) is the chief functionary. He ensures that Neev’s social responsibility contributions make the right impact.
Robert is our Edison. Yes, we are boasting. Deal with it. Give him the most complex engineering puzzles and he will come up with two solutions. While one would be almost generic (that any engineer can think of), the other would be a unique, game-changing and revolutionary idea. These are the out-of-the-box solutions that make Robert a hundred-per-cent prized possession of Team Neev. Having spent over 20 years with some of the best brands in the world, Robert understands the significance as well as nitty-gritty of R&D in a growing business. During his stint at Halonix (is it a good idea to mention names of competitors?) , Robert developed an indigenous range of LED products using locally sourced components and also conceptualized a unique lab for testing luminaires as per international standard (IS). In his next assignment, he made his way through to renowned brands like IKEA, Planlicht, Roblon, Fagerhult, Planet Lighting and Targetti with his customized LED lighting fixtures. With the attitude of a perfectionist, he led a team of design and production engineers at Motherson Sumi who were to meet the sophisticated requirements of marquee customers like Toyota, Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki. There, he also executed process reengineering to comply with QS 9000 procedures. While his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering certifies him an engineer, it is his passion for innovation and many successes with unique creations that command respect from the engineering fraternity.
If you already know him, then you know that he is playing his second innings at Neev. On Vikram’s shoulders lies the responsibility of developing the business and managing relationships with the Government – tasks that he nearly perfected as he went about bringing in a sort of revolution in the water-purification space just about a decade ago. From humble beginnings to becoming a celebrity startup face, Vikram’s success story with Delta Pure is now a reference point for discussions on innovative business models. If you ever drank water at McDonald’s, KFC, Café Coffee Day, Domino’s Pizza or Pizza Hut, then most likely you have tasted water from a system that Vikram conceptualized. Statistically speaking, over 15,000 water-filtration units across 52 cities in India are from Deltapure, Vikram’s first innings. Vikram is also credited with pioneering the ‘rental’ system in the water treatment and distribution space. Following the Prime Minister’s call to ‘Make in India’, Vikram actively engages with top industry leaders as well as CII’s committee on water and energy. Vikram’s strategic management, ideating and financial skills come with certified degrees. He has a Masters in Business Administration from University of Sheffield, England, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi.

Prashant pioneered the saving–sharing wheel of Neev. Having spent 20 years in plant engineering and improving supply–chain efficiencies across multiple industries, the domain veteran has worked out a formula of business growth through innovative revenue models. Before laying the foundation of Neev, Prashant led the engineering function at Asian Paints and helped in expansion of a major industrial plant of the company. At Whirlpool, he acted as an integral interface between the R&D, manufacturing and marketing departments to strategize market feedback – the backbone of consumer-focused markets. Prashant’s understanding of information technology (IT) comes from his intelligent experience at 3i Infotech, where he rolled out large IT systems for the government of Delhi. At ConocoPhillips, his role primarily revolved around gathering market intelligence, conceptualizing negotiation strategy, building financial models and ideating efficient supply–chain mechanisms. Laminated certificates of a PLD (Program for Leadership Development) from Harvard Business School, an MBA from National University of Singapore, and an MTech in Mechanical Engineering from Kirovograd, Russia, justify the ‘pedigree’ tag he gets from Team Neev. In his free time, Prashant engages with Harvard alumni and his entrepreneur peers in eclectic conversations around futuristic technologies. His chosen cause is ‘vision’ and he ensures that a considerable share of his earnings go towards eyecare for the underprivileged.
Penny-wise and rupee-wiser, Prashant Goel is our CFO – honorary Chief Financial Officer as well as Chief Firefighting Officer. While his name’s literal meaning is patience and quietness, he is quite the opposite when it comes to Neev’s finances. At office, you can see him restless and busy juggling papers, ideating cost-saving-without-compromising solutions, and making the right noises for that consistent equilibrium in Balance Sheets. Prashant brings with him over two decades of experience that includes streamlining financial accounting systems of distributors of some of the world’s largest FMCG companies including HUL, Lipton India and Brooke Bond. C&FAs of Escorts and Goetze India relied on Prashant’s understanding of Indian accounting standards to prepare critical financial statements. At Sperry Plast and PNG Polymers, Prashant independently managed a gamut of finance functions including raising and deployment of funds. He also gained considerable experience in managing real estate business –investments, leasing and redevelopment of various properties in and around Mumbai. A Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce officially certifies what Prashant chose as his career path. To ensure that Neev continues to focus on social responsibility, he draws considerable sums from the company’s earnings for its charity partners.
